Customers are responsible for the cost of returns when they cancel orders that have already been sent out.

We will repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 15days - unless we can prove it wasn't faulty when the customer bought it.

We will ask customers to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement after 15 days

If the wrong item is sent to you we will bear the cost of sending you the right item. Replacement is sent out as soon as we receive the item with you.

Refunds will not be made for damaged or used items.

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

Please pay attention to the size guide, if confused about your size, we will be happy to show you how to take your correct measurements.

If customer purchases the wrong size we will be happy to send the right size to the customer as soon as we receive the item with you. However, the cost of delivery will be paid by the customer.
